Ausgangsposition
- form an inverted V with your body (downward-facing dog)
- keep your legs stretched and your back straight
- hands and heels on the ground
Ablauf
- bend your arms until your chest is near the ground
- come up and push yourself forward until your arms are stretched
- get back to starting position
