Starting position
- lying flat on your back on the floor (on a mat)
- legs stretched in front of you on the ground
- arms straight back behind your head
Description
- elevate your legs and arms and bend your waist at the same time
- try to touch your feet with the hands
- release slowly and get back to starting position

- keep tension in your upper body during the exercise
