Starting position
- straight stand with shoulder width foot distance
- shoulders back and arms relaxed near your hips
Description
- Step forward with one leg
- lowering your hips until your knees reach about 90 degrees
- your back knee should not touch the ground
- walk forward and repeat with the other leg
- complete the given repetitions

- keep your balance to not fall to the side
